This is a pre-enrichment medium, used for the isolation of Salmonella species.Directions: Suspend 20 g in 1 L of distilled water. Heat gently to dissolve the medium completely and distribute into final containers. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Store the prepared medium at 2-8°C.
